AK36
AK36 is designed for professional use in docks in public and private marinas. Thanks to its large carrying capacity, the float is frequently used under a variety of structures as well as for transportation purposes such as, for example, sauna and transportation ferries. For mooring, we recommended the graded Aseke NS 9415 or G40 chain, in which case the dock can be left in the ice for the winter with due consideration given to the general ice conditions.
AK36 float characteristics:
• Rotationally moulded and EPS filled

• Marina docks have a carrying capacity of more than 120 kg/m2; the width of the dock can be increased without problems up to 4 m

AK16
After completing the development of the AK36 float, we continued to use the same method to develop a smaller pontoon suitable for swimming docks, which resulted in AK16, the little brother of the original float. The lower pontoon enables a lower deck height that is ideal for the Finnish lake landscape. Docks build using the AK16 float are suitable for private and public beaches alike. For mooring, we recommended the graded Aseke NS 9415 or G40 chain, in which case the dock can be left in the ice for the winter with due consideration given to the general ice conditions.
